Mara Pratt is a photographer and artist born in the Pacific Northwest, and currently based out of Owego, NY. A weekend traveler, she spends her free time photographing the beauty of rural Upstate New York and beyond. She’s been photographing for over a decade, from live events, portraits, sweeping landscapes to minute details.

Mara also loves to paint, and has a growing portfolio of acrylic works. Experimental in art by nature, Mara looks forward to a lot of experimentation with painting and many other forms of tangible arts. Currently studying Visual Arts at SUNY Broome, Mara is a proud adult returning student who hopes to continue her education to be able to in turn create spaces of art education for the community she currently lives in.
